ELIGIBILITY

  • Coaches are responsible for all roster related issues; must ensure that rosters meets all eligibility requirements.

  • Coaches are responsible for providing the appropriate identification for all of their players (birth certificate, student ID with grade, AAU membership card) for age division verification.  If a player in question does not produce identification within 24 hours, they may not play in further games until it is produced.  If this affects enough players where a full team cannot be produced you will forfeit that game and any games following, with a loss of any fees/admissions paid.

  • Any challenge of a player's age division must be made by the Head Coach before game time to the tournament director.  A team that challenges must have all of their verification paperwork available in order for the challenge to be heard.  Due to privacy concerns the tournament director will be the only person who will review the            verification papers.

  • All Crossover Hoops Inc. and referee decisions are final.

  • There will be NO refunds of any kind.

  • Players may play on multiple teams (NOT IN THE SAME DIVISION) provided they are on both rosters and meet the age/grade (CAN PLAY UP/NOT DOWN) requirements for each level they participate in;

  • Players may NOT play on multiple teams within the same age/grade division.
